Hello! :)

Hello, I'm Laura!

For nearly 15 years, I've been deeply passionate about cycling and sports. My journey into coaching began as a conditioning coach for basketball teams, a role I held for four years in Barcelona. Alongside this, I also worked as a Personal Trainer, furthering my understanding of fitness and performance.

Cycling has always been a significant part of my life, initially as a secondary pursuit. However, its importance grew exponentially after I purchased my first road bike at the age of 22.

Since then, I've been on a continuous journey of learning, particularly about how the body functions on the bike. I've explored various cycling disciplines to gain a holistic understanding of the sport's demands and nuances.

My academic journey led me to obtain a degree in Sport Science from the University of Barcelona. Building upon this foundation, I pursued a master's degree in Cycling Competition and Performance in Valencia. Here, I had the privilege of learning from esteemed professionals in the cycling world, including Nicolas Siegenthaler, coach to Nino Schurter, as well as sports directors from esteemed teams like Movistar and UAE World Tour teams. These experiences underscored the critical importance of staying updated on the latest scientific advancements in coaching practices.

Today, armed with a blend of practical experience, academic knowledge, and insights from top professionals, I'm dedicated to continually refining my coaching approach and helping athletes unlock their full potential.

These last 3 years I’ve been taking part of some of the Ultra distance races on gravel bike like Badlands (800k, 16.000+), The Capitals (900k, 17.000+), Andean Raid in Perú (450k, 10.000+), Migration Race in Kenya (650k, 8000+) and more.
